Basic Care Tips
- Natural stones are not perfect, therefore may include some impurities, cracks or holes.
- Due to the manufacturing process, Czech glass beads may have uneven coloring, minor cracks, small bubbles, small holes, imperfections around the holes, black spots, etc. Each bead is different and these condition are normal.
- All materials with any colored or coated surfaces (including Czech beads, glass beads, and metal accessories) will gradually wear off over time and with use.
Keep away from heat and chemicals
Remove before showering, sleeping or exercising
Do not pull hard, hit or friction with hard objects
Use polishing cloth to regain shininess of sterling silver or brass beads
Wash with clean water and dry naturally

本島地區運費 NT60，訂單超過NT1000免運費。
離島地區(澎湖、 金門、馬祖、東引、烏坵、綠島、蘭嶼、琉球) 運費NT100，訂單超過NT1500免運費。

Free international shipping when your order exceeds USD100
- If you are not satisfied with the product upon receipt, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Each Czech beads jewelry handmade product returns will be subject to a USD5 production cost.
- All products must be returned in new, unused & in original packaging with care to prevent damage from shipping.
- All Non Defective returns that are used or damaged will affect refund amount.
If you receive an incorrect order or missing parts, please contact us immediately. We would be happy to expedite missing or replacement parts at no charge.
We do not offer free exchange services unless the customer received an incorrect package. If you require an exchange, the buyer is responsible for both the return and replacement shipping costs.
Log into your account to find your order and look for “Cancel Request” before shipment.
If shipped, please immediately contact us via email / instagram, providing your order number and reason.
Note:
Once the handmade product has been completed, any unauthorized cancellation of an order (including failure to pick up the item) will result in the buyer being responsible for the shipping fee and the product production costs.
If order from Taiwan (cash on delivery) is cancelled, we will no longer accept future transactions from that buyer.
